From the moment I called and booked a room at Hotel Indigo we were accommodated to the fullest. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and treated us with so well. Tyler and the manager whose name I did not catch made our so wonderful, stress free and relaxing. I won’t stay at any other hotel the next time I’m in the Chicago area!

It's not a bad hotel. The location is great, and it is affordable. All the staff that we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are interesting, they are spacious but the toilet/shower room is pretty small. The vanity is in the room, and that's fine, but I wish there was an alternative light option at the sink for when everyone else was sleeping - it was very bright and surrounded the mirror. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool is okay. Overall, I would stay here again.
It’s a great place the room Was great honestly beds were everything I needed!! The pool was loved by the kids the food was not complementary and it was not kid friendly they literally had gourmet oatmeal and quiche kids want pancakes and footloops yogurt and muffins everything was good and wonderful except the kids meals and the menu I will stay again beware if u book online the hotel will try to charge 2x so keep ur card locked trust no one ever scams everywhere keeps ur cards locked we don’t have it to pay extras nor unauthorized charges!!! Great place weed dispenser 20 mins away Popeyes was the best it is a very great place just not the food!!
Sadie was great- so friendly and helpful! Room was clean and spacious. My second time staying at an Indigo hotel. Usually I'm more of a B&B, AirBnb or small business type of traveler when it comes to my stay, but Indigo is showing some consistent, affordable quality and will be on my list when I make travel plans in the future.
Came up for family funeral with my brothers and was very happy to come to this comfortable, clean, calm environment! The staff was just that too. Manager Trent and front desk 3rd shift Sadie were both professional, polite, and personable in conversation. If your looking for peace in a hotel this was it!
I’d like to give a shoutout to some of the workers there. Kwon, Sarah and Tyler were so lovely to talk to and so helpful. The hotel itself was decent but those three really made it a lot more enjoyable
